Registration of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, contact details, payment methods, or devices — constitutes multi-accounting and is a serious breach of these Terms. wikpkr employs technical and manual detection methods to identify multi-account behaviour. Where such behaviour is detected, wikpkr reserves the right to close all associated accounts, forfeit all balances including Real Money Balances and Bonus Funds, and recover any winnings generated through multi-account activity.
You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration and at any subsequent point is accurate, complete, and kept up to date. wikpkr is not liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from inaccurate account information, including failed withdrawals resulting from incorrect payment details.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your wikpkr account credentials, including your login password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. wikpkr staff will never ask for your password under any circumstances. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify wikpkr support immediately via the live chat function on the Platform.
Your wikpkr account is strictly personal and non-transferable. You may not allow any other person to access or use your account on your behalf. All activity conducted through your account — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility unless you have promptly notified wikpkr of unauthorised access in accordance with Clause 3.1.
A wikpkr account that has not had any login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months will be classified as dormant. Prior to dormancy classification, wikpkr will attempt to contact you via your registered email address and mobile number. A dormancy administration fee, as stated in the current fee schedule published on the Platform, may be deducted from any remaining balance on a monthly basis while the account remains dormant. Your Real Money Balance will never be reduced below zero as a result of dormancy fees.
wikpkr currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Bank Transfer, UBL Bank Transfer, Meezan Bank Transfer, Visa (debit and credit), Mastercard (debit and credit), and USDT (TRC-20). wikpkr reserves the right to add, remove, or modify available payment methods at its discretion with reasonable notice to Players.
The minimum deposit amount at wikpkr is Rs 500. All deposits are credited in PKR. There are no wikpkr-imposed fees on standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own fees. Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name — third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

All wikpkr promotional offers — including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and referral bonuses — are subject to these general terms and any specific terms communicated with the individual promotion. In the event of conflict, the specific promotion terms prevail.
Unless otherwise stated, Bonus Funds are subject to a Wagering Requirement before they can be converted to withdrawable Real Money Funds. The applicable Wagering Requirement for each bonus is stated at the point of offer. Wagering must be completed within the promotional period specified. Unused Bonus Funds expire at the end of the promotional period and will be removed from your account without compensation.
wikpkr reserves the right to decline, forfeit, or recover bonus funds and associated winnings where it reasonably believes that a Player is exploiting promotional offers, including through coordinated bonus abuse, arbitrage betting strategies designed to exploit bonus terms, or multi-accounting. Determination of bonus abuse is made at wikpkr's sole discretion.
Each wikpkr Player is eligible to claim a given welcome bonus once only. Repeat accounts created for the purpose of claiming a welcome bonus on multiple occasions are treated as multi-account behaviour under Clause 2.3. Certain bonuses may be restricted to deposits made via specific payment methods — always check individual promotion terms before depositing.

Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for each game are determined by the respective game provider and are available upon request. wikpkr does not influence game outcomes.
Sports betting at wikpkr is governed by wikpkr's Sports Betting Rules, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference. In summary: all bets are final once confirmed; live in-play bets are subject to acceptance by wikpkr's trading systems and may be refused or voided in the event of technical errors or manifest pricing errors; results are determined by the official governing body of each sport where applicable.
wikpkr reserves the right to void any bet or game round that was accepted as a result of a technical error, system malfunction, or manifest pricing error. Where a void is applied, the original stake will be returned to the Player's PKR Wallet. wikpkr is not liable for any consequential losses arising from technical errors.
Single event winnings and total daily withdrawal amounts may be subject to maximum payout limits as specified in the current wikpkr payout policy published on the Platform. These limits apply across all game types including slots, live casino, and sports betting.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. wikpkr collects and processes personal data — including identity information, contact details, financial transaction data, and gameplay data — for the purposes of account management, KYC compliance, fraud prevention, responsible gaming obligations, and where applicable, marketing communications. You may withdraw consent for marketing communications at any time through your account settings or by contacting support.
wikpkr reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, wikpkr will provide reasonable notice to registered Players via the registered email address on the account and/or a prominent notification on the Platform.
