wikpkr will respond to data rights requests within 30 days of receipt. In complex cases, this period may be extended by a further 30 days with notification to you. There is no fee for standard data rights requests. Where requests are manifestly unfounded or excessive, wikpkr reserves the right to charge a reasonable administrative fee or decline the request, with reasons provided.
The wikpkr Platform is intended exclusively for adults aged 21 years and over. wikpkr does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 21. Age verification through CNIC documentation is a mandatory part of the wikpkr account activation process.
If wikpkr becomes aware that personal data has been collected from a person under the age of 21, that account will be immediately suspended, the personal data will be deleted or isolated pending investigation, and all associated financial balances will be handled in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements.
